The very first question you have to ask yourself is whether or not you have proven skills, know-how, or talents for which others might be willing to pay. Do you have proven skills that others will value?Without these, it’s virtually impossible to become a successful management consultant.

It would be like trying to market an inferior product – a sure way to fail in the end.
